Quite dated which was no problem for us. Clean, comfortable, heating was nice, new large TV, massive spa bath was a bonus. Check in and out was easy, the only thing I wasn't impressed with was the parking. No dedicated parks and it was full near our room.

Old motel close to shops and the river. The rooms have been updated and were clean and comfortable. No street noise to annoy your rest. Car parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles. There is a pool and tables&chairs which looked well maintained. Overall a good place to stay at and the price was great.

Clean room, friendly staff on arrivsl, quiet and great location across from the zoo. My one criticism would be although the pool was great could do with a bit of a clean up of palm fronds etc surrounding it.
