Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The suite was beautiful and clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We lucked out and got a suite with an ocean view, which I understand is rare since those rooms are reserved for timeshare owners. Luckily, one was available and we got it. This hotel is located right across from the beach. My room was spacious and had a full kitchen. I had some issues with my cable box, but the staff was able to resolve them. My room was on the backside of hotel and I was above the laundry room which wasn't the best, but other than that the room was great!

Great stay for our quick trip. Loved the free bikes for touring Dana Pt , good access the beach, but you have to walk across a pedestrian bridge over the train tracks- not as bad as it sounds. Price was high, mainly due to the music festival. Room was clean, cozy and nice to have a full kitchen.

Fantastic customer service and beautiful place!

We stayed here because we were meeting up with family. The people at the front desk were not only very professional, but very accommodating. They gave us a room next door to our grandkids which made it so much fun! My husband is disabled and they were so kind and understanding in little ways that made a big difference. Our unit was immaculate, with everything we needed, including kitchen furnishings. The pool and spa were lovely and well kept. Thanks for a great experience!
