Friendly welcoming staff and the breakfast included was a real value and a welcomed treat. Lots of other extras included which is rare these days. Recommend families as well. Nightcap had everything we needed for a stopover on the way to Brisbane. We arrived late but the staff were great to make sure we could order a meal before the kitchen shut. Having a pub and bistro as part of the complex was also a big advantage. Rooms are all renovated and modern with everything you need.

The room was clean and orderly. The shower was great if a bit messy in the spa bath. Water went everywhere. The Tv was nice. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was good and unexpected. The staff was very nice and helpful. Con: the king bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very soft when sitting but hard in the middle and uncomfortable to sleep. Next time will forgo the king and ask for a queen. Overall: Really pleasant staff and room the extras- Discount at dinner and free drink - really a nice surprise.
