Good Hotel, could be great with some slight improv

We had 4 types of rooms. All was good and had everything we needed. The TV didnt work in our room though was not there to watch tele. The staff was very helpful especially the General Manager. We stayed over the Christmas period so the hotel was fully booked. There seemed to be alot of broken sunbeds and umbrellas that was much needed !! The breakfast was good and enough choice. The dinner menu lacked choice and the bar service was slow. Overall as a group of 9 and a young child we had a great stay and i would definitely recommend and return for what we paid.

Mysig bungalow. Massa apor utanför i träden som var lite roligt att titta på. Hotellet låg dock en bra bit ifrån restauranger och annat så taxi , tuk tuk eller en egen moppe va ett måste. Frukosten va inte den bästa men man kunde ändå äta sig mätt.

ビーチはまあまあ良い．でもホワイトサンドではない．朝食はビーチで気分良く美味しい．しかし4星のレベルではない．スタッフは親切。．部屋は大きいがメンテが悪い．全体的に改装が必要．部屋の窓から　猿やオオトカゲ　リスなど間近で見れる。プールはオーシャンビューで綺麗．近くに安いレストランが多数ある．レンタカーかスクーターが必要。いずれにせよまあまあのホテル．でも3星ならいいかもしれない。

In die Jahre gekommen.

Schöne große Zimmer aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen Bräuchte mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich.Das Reinigungspersonal müsste gründlicher sein. Poolbereich ganz schön lieblos gestaltet. Frühstücks Restaurant könnte auch viel sauberer sein. Das Personal super lieb.

Fint fräscht hotell

Väldigt fina stora rum men backen upp förtog lite även om det fanns transport upp. Hotellet ligger högt upp med en gata mellan till stranden, fanns gångtunnel. Jättefin strand med stolar o parasoll dock väldigt slitna. Känns som hela anläggningen skulle behöva ett upplift.

Ihan kiva hotelli, vähän kulunut

Hotelli ja hotellialue oli todellisuudessa hieman kuluneempi kuin mitä kuvat antavat ymmärtää. Oma erillisrakennus, jossa yövyimme oli tosi kiva ja viihtyisä sisältä. Sekin vähän kulunut, mutta ei haitannut. Naapurit on kyllä mökeissään aika lähellä, joten verhoja joutui pitämään kiinni oikeastaan koko ajan.Ei saatu sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä mitään infoa hotellialueesta tai palveluista.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und ich muss sagen… nein! Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer, indem es fürchterlich nach Schimmel gestunken hat. Dann kamen wir in ein neues Zimmer und das war einfach echt abgewohnt. Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes und der Kaffee in einem Riesen Kanister zum Zapfen. Für eine Woche 900€… nein! Das ists nicht wert!

Damp smell not a good stay

Unfortunately our stay was meant to be our longest stay of 5 nights but this was dampened by the awful smell of damp in our room. The smell was so strong we had to have air filter put in our room to try and help with the damp We also had a huge amount of mosquitoes in the room and had to purchase numerous room sprays for hiding the smell and mosquitoes I wouldn’t be able to recommend this hotel

Our room was quite dirty for the price which is sad. Scooters should be on hand for guests it did take a while to have one available. The front desk were very helpful 👌 the restaurant and pool are great! Pricing is a little high.

Blandet oplevelse

God beliggenhed, dejlig strand, store værelser. 3 pools som var 30+ grader varme. Personalet i receptionen samt housekeeping var meget imødekommende, dog virkede personalet ved strandbaren og restauranten ugidelige og ikke imødekommende. Ikke smilende som man normalt møder thaierne. Det gjorde desværre oplevelsen lidt blandet. Morgenmaden og thaimaden i restauranten var lækkert. Vi anbefaler at man holder sig fra deres “western menu”. Vi lejede scootere og kørte øen rundt. De kan lejes fra hotellets concierge.

Das Zimmer sah leider aus als wäre es überhaupt nicht gereinigt worden. In der Dusche befanden sich Spinnenweben, die Amaturen hatten Kalkflecken und auf einer Kommode befanden sich noch die Fußnägel vom Vorgänger. Nie wieder.

Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot.

Forest Suites

Die Forest Suite (Jacuzzi) ist geräumig und sinnvoll aufgeteilt. Unser Zimmer war hell und großzügig. Das wäre warme Wasser hat funktioniert. Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und hat leider wahnsinnig nach Abfluss gestunken, vor allem nachts. Sie Rohre von über dem Zimmer sind direkt neben dem Bett verlaufen. Die Holzklappfenster waren kaputt und nicht mehr zu öffnen oder zu schließen.

Verfallendes Ressort

Leider ist es Hotel nicht mehr das, was es vor Covid19 war. Es muss ein sehr sehr schlechter Manager am Werk sein, ohne Liebe zum Detail. Die Grundsubstanz und Basis der Anlage ist noch gut. Aber leider ist überall etwas kaputt und wesentliche Dinge, die einen schönen Aufenthalt bestimmen fehlen. Pausenlos läuft über Tage wegen kaputter Schläuche an den Duschen in den Außenanlagen das Wasser (jeder Angestellte und der Manager laufen vorbei, niemanden stört es). In 4 Tagen werden Außenbäder beim Pool nicht geputzt. Nicht einmal die Mülleimer werden gelehrt. Alles wirkt dreckig. Es gab keine Sonnenschirme mehr und der Sonnenschutz war bei uns zunächst weitestgehend kaputt. Die Pools wirken dreckig und die Anlage ungepflegt. Damals gab es noch Wasser um die Häuser am Strand mit Fischen. Jetzt ist alles abgelassen und tot. Wenn man die Zimmer sehr günstig, zum Beispiel Last Minute bekommt, mag das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis noch stimmen. Aber besser nicht zum teuren Standardpreis buchen! Wenn sich das Hotel weiter so negativ entwickelt, kann man es wahrscheinlich in 3-5 Jahren auch nicht mehr für günstig empfehlen. Vor Covid war auch das Personal freundlich, schon die Begrüßung war angenehm. Jetzt wird man nur noch unfreundlich abgefertigt und bekommt nicht einmal die nötigsten Informationen). Egal wo, das Personal hat hauptsächlich keine Lust und ist genervt. Wir kommen nicht mehr. Schade! Die Star Path Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, aber leider sehr hellhörig.

Nice rooms and nice area in Ko Lanta.

We had a nice stay here in modern rooms, because the hotel allowed us to swap. I had booked a “plantation” bungalow and upon arrival it looked nothing like the pictures. Fran and dated. But they let me switch to one of the modern rooms which were nice. The common areas are not very well kept, they should fill water in the pools and fountains and just keep the outdoor area a bit better. The resort has direct beach access which is nice.

Honestly not that great. Very social toilets.

This hotels wants to do everything, ends up not doing any one thing very good. Great location. Rooms: if you idea of a romantic get away is being able to watch and hear your partner go to the toilet this hotel is for you. It’s basically a glass stall so you can’t both hear and watch your significant other doing their business. Restaurants: None of them were good. Breakfast decent but boring. Room service: everything is by an app like WhatsApp. We used it once and they never responded. There are no phones in the rooms so I ended up walking down to the reception. Service: the concierge is very helpful in booking tours and renting out scooters. But when asked to book a restaurant for us they refused since they didn’t want to support “the competition” I feel like this is a hotel great if you bring kids that want pool time and bland food. Also your kids won’t be knocking on the door to the toilet since they can watch you through the glass door.

Beach Front Villa wasn´t at all what we expected. It was really old room with broken furnitures and cockroaches in every room. We can see on pictures from their website that the other rooms looks good and clean but this house felt like they totally forgot about. The kitchen was behind the house and we woke up at 4am every morning due to breakfast prep. We hardly never complain and are used to rooms in different condition but this was way too expensive for it´s standard.
