O atendimento foi ótimo desde o check-in, check-out, qualquer necessidade que tivemos na recepção, equipes dos restaurantes muito prestativas nos ajudando com cadeirinhas e times do bar nas piscina (menção importante ao Kleber Morais que nos atendeu vários dias), além da equipe de animação que faz bem seu trabalho. Nos estenderam o check-out no último dia, o que foi uma surpresa e ficamos muito felizes. Realmente o atendimento da equipe é um diferencial. Seguiram todas as nossas solicitações feitas na reserva. O principal motivo para eu não dar 5 estrelas foi a estrutura do quarto com banheira que pegamos. O quarto é amplo, com várias camas, banheiro amplo, mas precisa de renovação. A banheira vazava e sempre era necessário continuar enchendo ela durante o banho para não esvaziar. Abri um chamado, mas nada foi feito. Além disso, a janela do quarto não tinha trinco e era um perigo para a minha criança. Isso não nos dava paz. Todo dia o banheiro estava alagado, por algum vazamento do chuveirinho e não foi resolvido. Além disso, o sabonete da pia não foi reposto e tive que pedir 2x até trazerem. São detalhes pré-check-in que deveriam ser mais cuidadosamente avaliados. O Wi-fi é excelente e funciona perfeitamente por todo o resort. Recomendo o resort e voltarei, mas principalmente a renovação de um quarto que é mais caro do que o normal é essencial!

O resort é incrível, o quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. As piscinas são excelentes! A água no início das piscinas vem bem quente e eu adorei ficar na piscina mesmo no dia frio. O café da manhã e as refeições são regulares, não teve nada que nos surpreendesse, em relação a alimentação.
