Nice cozy place

Nice hotel to stay at. Its basic but it has clean rooms and filtered water on every floor. Also there is a free hot breakfast served every morning in their restaurant. The restaurant has very good food throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will be staying here again in the future.

The internet is not very good.the breakfast is only coffee nothing else.the toast sometimes cost 70 pesos other times cost 95 pesos.the room is small and need immediately renovacion.the room has not aricodnition has only one window with air.

No respetsron mi reservacion llegamos a las 12 am nos cobraron y nos mandaron a otro hotel a 4 cuadras que ya esta nuestra reserva, un lugar del centro lleno de mal vivientes y yo con mis hijitos y esposo le sufrimos y feo y para colmó llegamos al nuevo hotel y no tenian habitaciones y nos regresamos , luego encontramos otro y ya nos lo pagaron y al otro dia ya tenian una habitacion pero triple me querian dar esa y les dije que no que yo pague para 4 y ya solo nos cambiaron un colchon a matrimonial.. pero muy pequeña la habitaciones y. el baño se inundaba, las cortinas muy cortas y se veia el anuncio luminoso de la calle... horrible no les importa la integridad del clienta la noche que llegamos nos expusieron tan faciñ habidarme con tienpo que no tenian habitacion ya y yo desde el aeropuerto buscaba donde... pero no 😔 horrible experiencia.... la peor de todos los hoteles...

El edificio es viejo, pero está limpio. En el cuarto que nos dieron, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido. El desayuno está rico. La mayor ventaja del hotel es su ubicación.
