I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind and helpful when I needed assistance, which I truly appreciated. The room was very clean, and the shower had good water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were also provided, which was very convenient. I was also very pleased that a self-service breakfast was included. The hotel is very close to Chatswood Station, making it extremely convenient.

The stay was lovely. Good location. Good prices with extras. Fresh air and silent at night. Very comfortable. Only improvement - the room needs a waste paper bin. They need to check under the beds for lost stuff. Also when checking out I unfortunately found someone’s denture under the bed. Very gross otherwise very clean.
