The hotel is 4 km outside of Ierapetra, this is not a problem. The hotel itself is beautiful with an impeccable beach and a big pool. The breakfast was very good. Parking opportunities are perfect.

Amazing hotel. Loved everything about it. So calm and relaxing but also music and entertainment. The Spa was so good and I had the best massage. Really good food, with a great breakfast and dinner buffet and the bar had very tasty drinks. The staff at the hotel was so friendly and professional - especially at the spa and at the beach/pool. I would say that if you travel 3 people (as we did) the sofabed is very hard and not very comfy, so we had to rotate. So I would recommend to either book another room with more beds (if that is possible) or do two rooms. I would defently recommend to stay at this hotel!

Bellissima struttura sul mare nella zona a sud-est di Creta, resort molto curato e tenuto molto bene con spiaggia privata e mare decisamente bello. Stanze molto belle e spaziose, personale in media molto gentile. Colazione ricca e davvero molto buona, cena a buffet (il secondo ristorante era chiuso durante la nostra permanenza) più che discreta, ma nulla di eccezionale. Unica pecca la gestione dei lettini a bordo piscina e sulla spiaggia, non ci si può allontanare più di 20-30 minuti altrimenti ti tolgono le tue cose (se si fa una passeggiata o si sale in camera bisogna stare attenti ai tempi) e il personale non è molto flessibile. Questa cosa ci ha creato diversi problemi nei primi giorni, poi ci siamo adeguati ma è una politica che proprio non condivido e che non la ritengo adeguata ad una struttura del genere.

Cannot say enough nice things about the facilities and the staff at Numo Ierapetra. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly, from complimentary massages to helping my partner plan his proposal! Numo Ierapetra will forever have a special place in our hearts as the place we got engaged. The 2 pools and beach were well maintained and the poolside music was relaxing and matched the vibe perfectly. The food was really good for a buffet and the a la carte menu for lunch was delicious. They also had a beach bar where you could order drinks and food directly to the beach loungers. I want to thank specially Alina and Ioulia at Guest Experience, who helped make the proposal really especial, and booked dinners and car rentals for us to explore the island. Irini at Tamarisk was also fantastic, as well as Sandip at the beach bar! Fully recommend for any special trip or just for a relaxing holiday by the beach!

Einfach das rundum sorglos Paket, besser kann man es nicht sagen. Traumhafte Anlage, der nichtmal die Bilder gerecht werden, super liebes und zuvorkommendes Personal und alles an Verpflegung sowie Unterhaltung, was wir uns hätten wünschen können. This is an excellent resort for a relaxing break with excellent staff, gym facilities and excellent daily yoga class. The spa treatments were great and all rooms of a high standard. Although the Half Board option is a buffet the food was amazing and we would recommend this hotel :)

Wunderschöne Anlage- Adults Only- wie ein kleines Dorf gestaltet Der Poolbereich liegt direkt neben dem Meer, das sauber, klar und herrlich zum Schwimmen ist ( Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen) Das Restaurant hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und Pool Man kann im Hotel essen ( Buffet), oder fährt mit dem Wagen ins 10 Minuten entfernte Ierapetra- hier gibt es eine gute Auswahl an sehr guten Tavernen One Bedroom Suite- Hervorragend Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We stayed at Numo for my partners 30th birthday last week and could not fault it! The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to make your stay incredible with genuine kindness.. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. The pools, the beach, the restaurants. We went on some lovely day trips from the hotel with advice from the staff. Such a special place, will go back.

hotel absolut top von a bis z! strand ist schnal und dunkel und klein aber tolle liegen. hotelanlage wunderschön und chillige musik den ganzen tag. wer dies nicht mag, kann an den ruhe pool. hotel jederzeit wieder, nächstes mal länger als nur 2 nächte! auto dringend empfohlen, ausserhalb des hotel gibt es einige tavernen, zu fuss jedoch nicht möglich.

The staff at the Numoierapetra were amazing - helpful, friendly and so keen to make our stay as good as it could be. The rooms were clean, the beds and showers great, and the main pool area with the bar had a great vibe! Our group really enjoyed the excellent morning yoga at 8am with a really good teacher - a great way to start the day! The food in the main buffet restaurant was much better than we expected, with an excellent variety of choices that changed every day. It was a la carte quality rather than 'hotel buffet' standard. And the location of the main restaurant was lovely, overlooking the sea. Perfect for breakfast and also sunset. The spa treatments were great and the spa therapists lovely, just like the rest of the staff. The location of the restaurant means that there is not a lot that you can walk to, but with such a lovely resort you do not really need to leave it!

Good hotel could be great…

Good hotel, could be great but service lets it down. From waiting to be seated to being served…getting restaurant staff attention was very frustrating. Staff literally avoid eye contact or defer to someone else when you do make contact & then you are waiting again! We found it really strange as it was the majority of staff (with a couple of exceptions.. Manos always reliable & pleasant). It is shame as it is a nice hotel, with good amenities and lovely setting but I wouldn’t return due to the poor service. At this standard of hotel it should be exceptional!

Don’t be fooled by the pics

Didn’t look as stunning as the beautiful images online (bravo to marketing) the hotel itself is nice, but on arrival I didn’t have a room and got moved. The atmosphere was dry. Full of German and Russians. None of the restaurants or cafes were open, we had to eat a buffet meal twice a day (not terrible food, but it wasn’t Greek, it was catering for German and Russian palette) you get charged for coffee pods in your room lol (only hotel I’ve ever stayed and been charged 1.5euro for a coffee or tea bag) The Germans took all the loungers (towels out at 7am) so I’m just grateful I was with my best friend and we laughed our way through it. If you want a holiday where nobody speaks or makes eye contact and is in bed by 9pm this is perfec
