We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, Tokoriki Island. The island and beach are gorgeous with great snorkelling a swim out from the hotel. The pool is nice with lovely sunset views. The hotel is a good size to get to know other guests (small enough that you run into the same people each day but not so small you are on top of each other). The customer service could be improved, particularly at the pool bar and happy hour deck bar. We often had to wait a long time to be served. The food and drinks are expensive, but I guess that's what you expect on an island. I would recommend bringing some alcohol/snacks with you. The kids club had fun activities listed but there weren't many children using it when we were there so it wasn't the best (though Leila was awesome). Great value nannies available from 7am to 11pm. The rooms were kept clean. Occasionally the power/water would drop out, but it never lasted long and, again, this is to be expected on an island. Overall, great value for money (if you book early enough) and a lovely place to spend a week!

Unforgettable family vacation!

Tokoriki island is beautiful tiny place with amazing private beach(perfect snorkeling), sunset and sunrise point. Sheraton resort staff were all very kind and friendly, especially those at the front desk(super helpful). The lady at the activity desk was amazing. There was a very limited options for food since the island is a bit remote to the mainland, but we brought a luggage full of food just in case, so we were fine. Make sure you bring a effective mosquito repellent!

Our stay was nothing short of phenomenal! The staff made us feel as if we were family! The rooms were great, the views were great, the food was delicious! My wife and I were talking after our stay, and we genuinely couldn’t find anything we’d have changed. It was truly lovely! The staff is something else, we had a wonderful experience with each and every staff member. The staff were happy, polite and knowledgeable.

We had the most incredible time at the Sheraton tokoriki. Not only was it a beautiful island with incredible snorkelling, but the staff absolutely made our holiday perfect. BULA!!! Home away from home!

Our stay at the Sheraton was excellent! We only booked 3 nights, and then 3 nights on the main Island and wished we would of stayed there the whole time. It was so peaceful and relaxing! The staff made us feel welcomed and they are the friendliest people. The activities were great! The snorkeling was amazing! Our room was amazing, clean, and comfortable.

Fantastic staff and facilities. Food is a little on the pricey side but it's come with the territory. Snorkelling on the reef drop off is safe and amazing and rich in corals. You could paddle out yourself or a jetski can bring you out and back.

Beautiful quiet island with fantastic staff and beautiful scenery. Food is delicious and although small number of restaurants the selection was great. Reef snorkeling right out from the beach is great and lots of water sports. It would be handy to have some type of system for the all inclusive as you have to constantly tell staff you are on the “Bula Bubble “.

My fiance and I had the most wonderful week at Sherton Tokoriki. The staff were divine and welcoming, the scenery was surreal and the food and cocktails were delicious. We loved how remote the island felt and the hikes we took. Taking the boat in and the chopper out was totally brilliant. Would recommend to anyone needing a relaxing getaway. We loved our stay here the beach, snorkling and the staff were amazing! The only thing we would fault would be the food and the price of it. Also when we got up to serve at the dinner buffet a lot of was all gone and didn’t have a lot of options so it was expensive for what we got. Other than that eveything was great.

Amazing Christmas escape

We loved our stay at Tokoriki- the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was lovely however the addition of a coffee machine would have made it 11/10 :) We enjoyed sunset cocktails on the helipad and delicious Indian restaurant food, the Christmas festivities and lovo and fire dancing. The trip to the village, walk to the tower and hideaway beach were a must do. A bit surprised that kayaks and SUP were operated outside of the hotel and came at additional cost. Took our own snorkels!
