The rooms are large and spacious, but poor sound insulation. The staff is very nice. Parking costs €8.80 per night. The problem was, that there was No Hot Water!!!

Overall quite good 8/10.

Great hotel, great front desk staff. The room was not *very* soundproof, I could hear noisy guests in the corridor and in their rooms. The worst thing was there was no shower gel/body wash in the wall mounted dispenser in the shower, it was completely empty, so very unhappy about this. Otherwise, the room was 9/10 cosmetic condition some wear showing, and the air conditioner was a little noisy. Overall quite good 8/10. Recommended as a short stay hotel.

One member of reception quoted a ridiculous price for the rooms. Sadly not up to 5 star standard. One of the receptionist was exceptional thank you. This hotel is no where near the center of Valencia. It is in a rather unpleasant area. The information on the internet does not correspond to the actual hotel. Far too expensive, for what we paid. I was woken up by someone screaming at reception, I am not surprised. Would not recommend sadly although the coffee for breakfast Nespresso. Perfect

AVOID. This hotel is located in a rather run-down residential area of Valencia. There are very few facilities, including restaurants within walking distance. Regrettably while I was there the entire area smelt of sewage. I walked for over an hour and it was the same everywhere. Thankfully it was Spring and not hot but it would be unbearable in Summer. There is unreliable on-street parking. The hotel has a pizza restaurant, which is fine, but not for a longer stay. The public areas are reasonably modern, but the rooms are dated, poorly equipped with tatty furniture. The rooms are in desparate need of renovation. The towels are thin and non-absorbent. How this hotel gained 4* is an absolute mystery. Maybe 20 years ago it just scraped in. I was booked in for 6 nights as I had business nearby. However, I had to move to another area of Valencia for business reasons and on my day of arrival I told the staff that I had to move in 2 days. As my booking was with Expedia they said Expedia would have to manage the refund. Expedia have been excellent. Very proactive. Have called me and hotel many times in the last 10 days but the hotel refuses to even acknowledge their calls and emails. This is so rude and unprofessional. If you want a hotel in Valencia, there in NO REASON to consider this one based on location, quality and customer service.

Cheguei ao hotel a rua cheirava mal ! Quando perguntei ao empregado onde parquear o carro me disse nas ruas atras do hotel mas nao havia qualquer espaço depois de 30 minutos a procurar ! Quando cheguei novamente a recepçao para perguntar onde parquear o carro novamente me disse que so no parque do hotel e teria de pagar ! e eu questionei que nao era isso que estava descrito no website do hotel ele respondeu por causa de uma de (×) eu estava a reclamar! Malcriado o empregado pois eu respomdi que era (×÷+/)mas era o meu dinheiro bem acabei de ter de pagar! Depoia quando cheguei ao quarto reparei logo que nao era a cama de casal que vinha na descricao e sim tres camas single As luzes de cabeceira nao funcionavam e as torneiras deitão agua ao suloços nunca vi nada assim ! Expriencia bastante frustante

Ich habe mich hier vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass man auch direkt vor Ort essen konnte. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach mehrere Sprachen, sodass man sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben fühlte. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es herrlich ruhig, und die Betten waren so bequem, dass ich jede Nacht ausgezeichnet geschlafen habe. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
