Property was very clean and staff always helpful. Room cleaned and new towels every day. Air-con excellent. Plumbing was a bit suspect but could be worked around once one got used to it's limitations. Plenty of crystal clear hot water. Our room had a great view over harbor from the small balcony. Great breakfast both cooked and cold. Several good restaurants within a few minutes walk closer to harbor. Would recommend this hotel to any who want to stay near the city. Not a beach lovers hotel.
