Hotel is removed from the town center and requires walking up a long hill from the town. Has on site parking but not too many spaces. Many complaint as the noise level. Our room (#12) as near the entry, the stairs and was also next to the parking lot. There was continual noise. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff who served it were a pleasure.

Debbie was lovely and very helpful. The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only tiny point was that is was very hot in the house and room (very warm out too) but the fan that was provided was extremely noisy and not really useful. Again many thanks for a wonderful sat and hope to see you again soon.

A lovely hotel in a great location to explore Bath with free parking. We had a cozy double room that was great. Loved the extra touches of a coffee machine and biscuits. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay . Everything was freshly prepared and of the best quality. We will be back

The hotel offers free parking, which is a big plus as we traveled from Belgium to England by car. It takes only 10 minutes on foot to reach the centre of Bath, so we used the car only when visiting the surrounding villages. Our room was very spacious, and the nice surprise was the Nespresso machine. Also, the breakfast was delicious, and vegetarian options are available.

Rooms were very clean, staff were great, however we went out for the day and returned later in the evening to find our room hadn’t been serviced, no bed made, no clean towels, no clean cups etc, was so disappointing after a long day. Breakfast was excellent, gluten free was no problem at all, parking was good with ev charging too. We will be going back as we believe it was a plain oversight. A really lovely little hotel!!
