The hotel staff were very nice, friendly and warm. The hotel's gardens were also beautiful, but unfortunately, our villa was very old, dirty and untidy. The room was full of a mouldy smell, so bad that I couldn't breathe. So we informed the hotel, explained the situation, and requested a room change. They moved us to the next villa, 928 from 929, which was all the same. So, we didn't have any other option but to stay there for ten days. The furniture was very narrow and of very old quality. The kitchen sink was so dirty and old that even looking at it would make someone vomit, and dirty water was rising from the pipeline below on its own. And the two bathrooms were very dirty and of poor quality. Every tap and shower head was rusty, and every corner of the bathroom had years of garbage and dirt. I felt very uncomfortable taking a shower in this bathroom every day. We stayed in this villa for a total of ten days, but the hotel housekeeping did not change any bed sheets, clean towels or bathroom mats once during these ten days. The hotel authorities fail to provide any comfort or luxury here for such a high price. Such a waste of our money. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
