For the price, I have no complaints. It’s an older kind of run down place but room was clean and it had hot water. For a simple overnight stay while travelling, it was ok. Noe of the desk person to let us check in a couple hours early. We appreciated that courtesy.

The bed spreads had footprints on them, out of the 3 lights only 1 worked, only 2 electrical outlets worked, and there was no hot water. When these issues were reported, they said there was no custodian or maintenance onsite.

The door didn't seal well and you could hear the outside noise pretty easily. Also the mattress was not comfortable and I had difficulty sleeping.

There were cigarette burns on bed covers. There were cigarette burns on the shower pan and the bathroom counter. The security latch on the door was loose and unsecure. The hotel requires a $40 cash deposit to check in.. why not just use the customers card?

The A/C was terrible hot and humid in the room and supposedly this is one of the rooms that had a good A/C, I would hate to have been in a room had a bad A/C. Bugs, I killed 2 bees, there were flies flying around that I could not get. The last straw was sleeping and feeling something crawl on me. I got up and there was a bug crawling on my shoulder. I brushed it off and killed it. That was it at 3:30am we packed our bags and left. I normally stay at Motel 6's when I travel but will never stay at the one in Douglas again!
