10/10 Exceptional

The listing did not mention the pool, or the refrigerator and the microwave in the room - all of which were welcome additions. The staff was helpful, and the area felt safe. I would absolutely stay there again.

4/10 Fair

The stay there was just OK. The handicap accessible room was good not the greatest customer service was just OK could’ve been a little bit nicer not the greatest but would I stay there again probably not.

Staff was excellent in changing our room to 1st floor we're not able to climb steps and using Expedia they weren't aware of that and being completely books they still made it work. This is the best motel 6 I've ever stayed at

2/10 Poor

Bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed . Poor quality towels, which I used over my pillows ! Because they looked fit for the bin , only used towels as they smelt of bleach ! Although I was expecting basic , I expect cleanliness . My son had the next room and he slept on his personal towels as the sheets were stained !

6/10 Good

Room was generally clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner. (Hair in the shower and toilet bowl wasn’t scrubbed well). Internet barely worked. One bar in my room and couldn’t hold a connection. I had to use my cellular data basically. Staff was good.
