Great convenient location in Boston North end. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 stars except my room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. They took care of our luggage but the climbing up and down the stairs may be too much for some people. My travel companions had a room on the second floor and that was fantastic. Try to get a room on the lower floors!

If you are into the night life, want to be staying on a street full of quality restaurants and okay with walking up 2-3 flights of stairs this the place for you. If you are an early to bed, early to rise, this may not be your spot. The street is very noisy until well after midnight and you can hear it all in the rooms. It is less of a hotel and more of a set of apartments tied to a restaurant. You check in at the host stand of the restaurant. The restaurant will bring you room service if you request it. Close to freedom trail and Boston Market. No pots or pans for the stove.

It was a good stay. A litrle bit noisy, the AC made a lot of noise when it turned on specially during the night. Our room was 306 and beneath was the entrance to the panatteria and very early in the morning you could hear the workers arrive. Everything else was very very good. The room was clean and with all the amenities. What I would recommend to the hotel is to put some storage space in the bathroom. And the restaurant is super good highly recommended.

Bricco Suites was well worth it. Great location, spacious apartment for our 4 person family, comfy beds, lots of room for luggage and clothes. Check in with was easy, and we ended up dining at the restaurant where we checked in and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Check-in at the Bricco restaurant was a breeze. This place is perfect for two people. I appreciate that they include a microwave and mini fridge. The shower in the bathroom is larger than expected and provided warm water quickly. This is located in Little Italy within walking distance from the city center, CVS Pharmacy, and great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops.

Bricco suites was perfect location to experience north end, and freedom trail, & the harbor. The room was very clean and comfortable. Because we faced the street there was some street noise but wasn’t bad! Only issue we had was climbing the stairs(no elevator) but we managed! Highly recommend staying at Bricco!

We felt this was an amazing room. It was spacious, clean and had everyting we needed. The maid service was excellent, perhaps my only complaint is that there was no elevator. That wasn't a problem for us however someone with poor knees or mobility issues certainly would have had a problem. I would also say that the lack of an elevator wasn't the problem so much as the fact that we didn't know that when we arrived. The stairway is narrow and a lot of steps. Our room didn't have much of any view but the quality of the room made up for that. the location in the north end of Boston was excellent. The Subway was very close even though we didn't have a need for it. The Hotel is pretty much on the Famous Freedom trail which was nice. We would stay again if the occasion presented itself. We returned our rental car before arriving at the hotel. I am not sure where we would have parked a car if we had one so be aware of that if you plan to have a car with you.

The hotel is located in the heart of the North End above Bricco, one of our favorite restaurants in the North End. Nate greeted us warmly after a long day of travel and made sure we had everything we needed. The location allows you to walk to all! The room was spacious and clean and loved the dual head walk in shower!

Couldn’t have a better location. The room was great and in the heart of everything. Coffee maker didn’t work but that didn’t hurt us because cafes were all around us. Very safe and where all the action was. AC worked great and it’s hot right now in Boston, that was important to us. It’s not a typical hotel but we recommend very much.
