The hotel has a beautiful waterfall inside and has some unique aspects for a hotel. The hotel is dated but meets the need for a stay. It is out of the way and not as easy to get to using public transportation as we had thought. The staff was kind and helpful.

Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms with efficient and unobtrusive elevators. Well above average attractive restaurant for all three major meals. Responsive concierge services 24/7. Only a couple of the overly numerous front desk staff speak reliable English. As in all Japanese hotels I have used, very poor TV offerings in English, almost pointless. I have stayed at this hotel for two to three week stays in three of the past eight years as I have family in Tokyo. Would have been more except for stringent Japanese COVID restrictions. Entirely honest in billing. Fair costs but well above average for travelers with budget worries who should probably stay elsewhere.
