Comfy bed, recently remodeled room. Nice not to have carpet. AC unit is loud, need a hook behind the door for hanging stuff. A small shelf would be nice next to bed between bathroom wall. Road noise can be heard and anything going on at gas station next door. We are in non smoking room but ppl smoke right outside our room and smoky air get sucked into our room by the AC unit. Smokers should walk farther away.

The room was clean and comfortable, and not too far from Carthage center. It was a drive to the door motel on one level which is very handy. There was a lovely family restaurant within a 10 minute walk from the motel, and a mexican just over the road.

The lady was very nice. I called and they allowed us to arrive past check in time. Process was super easy which whe. Youre coming in tired is great.

t looked like the room originally had a queen bed so when a king bed was put in there was very little room at the sides of the bed. There also needs to be a lot more electric outlets available in the room. Most people traveling today have a lot of devices that need to be charged. I had to run extension cords all over the room.

This Motel we booked off of reviews and ratings. Well to say we are disappointed would be an understatement. The gentleman at the front counter was very nice. Once we got to our room which was like one other review stated a jail cell cinder block walls cold and not to pleasant. Had the feeling that most of the people staying here where residents not guest. We got very little sleep do the conversation that we heard through the walls till 3am. Car doors room doors slamming all night. The room beside us i think was the hot spot of the motel. Constant people in and out of this room there was so much noise at one point around 1am that we looked out and there where at lease 8 people entering this room not to mention the people that where already in the room before these people arrived. I would have felt safer in my car along the highway. With this said we left at 4am and hit the road with very little sleep. Not sure how this is a hotels.com hotel.
