The staff were friendly and excellent. In the first room the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms the second night. The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

Hotel bem próximo à praia, tinha tudo para ser perfeito, porém, está em péssimas condições. A piscina estava suja, sem condições de uso; a academia fechada, com uma placa de "em manutenção". Faltou luz e não tinha gerador, por cerca de 2h30, pessoas tiveram que descer do 10° para ir embora ou tomar café. E os elevadores são bem sujos. As toalhas são extremamente finas e só são trocadas a cada 2 dias, tem até "placa" informando isso. Cama e travesseiros (que são somente 2 e bem finos) desconfortáveis. No mais, o café da manhã é bom e o ar condicionado funciona. Não é um hotel para ter "dias de paz", mas dá pra ficar.
