The on line check in wouldn't work, so I had to check in on arrival. The staff member didn't ask for payment when I checked in and I later found out that he should have. Instead of contacting me, the manager chose to deactivate my room and lock me out of the hotel. Given that I could have returned to the hotel after the reception had closed and been unable to get in, I find this inexcusable and feel it reflects badly.
