The staff gave excellent service and advice on extra activities ie the use of the sports facilities namely the indoor and outdoor swimming pools diving boards hottubs and saunas. Reality recommended! Also dinner options at the sports centre was great but the breakfast with hot flapjacks was a treat. Thank you . I definitely recommend a stay.

I have booked a single room in the hotel and I got a little house just for one night really far away, the bed was not made, I had to do it myself. I had to drive back to the hotel to get breakfast. The receptionist claimed that I couldn't get a room at the hotel, even though I had booked very early. I find this completely incomprehensible. On top of that, I had to pay 400 kroner for my little Yorkshire terrier. I've never paid that much for a dog before, not even in the best hotels in Copenhagen. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Y la ubicación conveniente para nosotros fue lo que nos hizo elegirlo, pero no sabíamos el tipo de hotel que era realmente, es un complejo deportivo con habitaciones como para hospedar deportistas quizá en primera instancia, está muy descuidado

Der var rent på værelset, men selve hotellet var dårligt - ingen service overhovedet. Morgenmaden skulle man selv rydde op efter - som ved et højskoleophold. Man kunne ikke få morgenmad efter kl 9 på hverdage, hvilket er tidligt. Det havde vi ikke bemærket og blev nærmest skældt ud.

Anger själva 4 stjärnor, stämmer inte. Men ett billigt alternativ strax söder om Billund som fungerar och det är vad de vet. Är ett hotell i en idrottsanläggning.

Der var ingen i receptionen, så vores nøgle lå i kuvert med navn på. Det var ok at det kun var en overnatning. Det var et familie værelse med køjeseng hvor de store “børn” sov, manden og jeg sov i fine senge. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, personalet var rigtig gode til at fylde op hele tiden 😊
