O hotel é muito bonito, o café da manhã é variado e tudo é fresco. Justamente por isso, é uma pena que alguns detalhes acabem comprometendo a experiência. A porta do box não fechava, a pia estava entupida e acumulava água, o ar-condicionado fica sobre a cama com uma luz que atrapalha o descanso, e a recepção poderia ser mais acolhedora e explicar melhor o funcionamento da TV. São detalhes simples, mas que fazem diferença. O hotel tem muito potencial e vale a pena cuidar desses pontos para manter a qualidade da hospedagem.

A escolha por esse hotel foi também por ter uma academia que nas fotos poderia atender o que preciso, mas na prática o aparelho não estava apto para uso. Ele não esteva interditado, mas não foi possível utilizá-lo para extensão, porque o acento não estava adequado, e para outros exercícios de braços, peito e costas porque não foi possível adicionar peso. Péssimo. Isso foi passado a direção que foi superficial no atendimento e nada resolveu durante a estadia.
