Very kind and helpful staff. Some hygiene facilities were a bit run down but sufficient enough. This hostel is located very centraly in Hammersmith with the bus and tube stations in close proximity. Direct connection via the Piccadillyline to Heathrow.

Really hard to find the place, would have been nice to know it's part of Belushis! I walked past it twice, no indication on the outside at all!! It was a little noisy, but totally understandable given the location. Fabulous value for money as always, helpful staff. light/power socket really accessible and useful, which is always fantastic!

This hostel wasn’t in the top shape. Whenever it rained it flooded our room. If you want to go to bed before 2 think again, the nightclub is really loud and is right underneath the rooms. Most the staff are very friendly, some aren’t. I was woken up at 1am because they tried to double book my bed.

I have been staying at this hostel for the past 7 or 8 years. It is a convenient location and very safe. There used to be a kettle and free tea or coffee and breakfast was included in the price. I stayed at the hostel last December 2022 and that was the last time that those services were offered.

Easy book-in, clean, and neat. Loud music in the bar underneath with noise well into the morning. I had a very inconsiderate co-sharer in my dormitory, but cannot blame the venue for that. I would go there again.

My review is specific to the 3rd floor. I found that all four bathrooms were disgusting every time I went in and the floor in general honestly smelled like sewage. I stayed in a bottom bunk and woke up with four big bumps on my hands and arms that I’m assuming are spider bites/some type of insect bite. While the staff was nice, I would not recommend this hostel.

My visit to the hostle was terrible in the beginning I paid 2 nights 3 days before I come to the hostel but unfortunately I was shocked when I arrived I didn't find my bed they said the hostel is full and I slept in the bar downstairs 😭 imagine you made a reservation you paid your money and you don't find a place to sleep in the hostel until someone left the hostel and then they gave me a bed till 10 morning the hostel is clean with a good price but the staff are careless and they are not professional at all

The room was clean, showers toilets clean, staff nice and obliging, bed comfortable. However, the room was over the bar and there was loud music every night until 2 am. Some night were worse than others. Friday and Saturday were worst, while mid week not so bad. Even ear plugs did not drown it all out.

I've been kicked off of the hostel because of bed bugs alert and I'm waiting for a refund which will be paid in 20 days time. I don't think it was true and I'm thinking to suit the place as soon as I'm settled because I've been found myself in the street within minutes and I had to add un extra 50 pounds costs for booking another hotel. Confirmation number 72761327668831 Booking reference EXP-X 176183524. Basically I was kicked out on Sunday morning the 25th of February while I paid until the 27th of February. The receptionist told me that an email as been sent to Expedia to claim the refund of 2 days which makes approx £20 pounds but I need to wait at list 20 days. Can I get clarified about this please. Thank you very much.

It’s great having a bar and restaurant nearby and the area is diverse, vibrant, and lively. Annie and Alan were fantastic in helpful. I and my friend had a private 2-bed room which was cute but went during what turned out to be a heatwave and the room was hot so be prepared for that if you’re going during a heatwave lol. But otherwise it was great: convenient, affordable, clean, great staff, and fun environment and area.
