The reservation was made and confirmed by Hotels.com and we were provided with a confirmation number. However, upon arrival, we were told that there were no rooms available because Expedia (linked to hotels.com) owed the hotel money so they weren't honoring any more reservations from them. Now we are just waiting for a refund from hotels.com It's not clear why this hotel accepts payments when they do not plan to honor the reservation.
