The location of the hotel was excellent, we stayed in a budget room for one night and it was clean and comfortable. Don’t drink the coffee, they will make you a fresh espresso or cappuccino.

Excellent location in Siena. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good, gals working the cafeteria were wonderful. Room was adequate- bed was firm, view of basilica from our room was incredible. Bathroom was small, but that seems typical for older authentic hotels. Highly recommend!

Rooms are pretty basic but location is amazing, right bang in the centre of the old town, all sights are within walkable distance. Breakfast was decent but was quite limited on the second day we were there with a lot of the hot items not being restocked
