駅から直近だし部屋も快適だったが、他の口コミにもあるように場所が分かりにくい。場所が分かってもドアに鍵がかかっている。到着時刻をオーナーと詳細に打ち合わせる必要があるのが不便。

Lo que buscábamos

Habitación amplia, limpia, luminosa con balcón y baño privado en un 5to piso, con ascensor, desayuno en la habitación, excelentemente ubicada frente a la estación de trenes de Palermo, se cruza la calle y se entra a la estación. Alfonzo super agradable, generoso y servicial. Era lo que queríamos y lo que habíamos leido en los comentarios. Todo bien

Bagno sporco e fatiscente, asciugamani macchiate e sporche, cuscini macchiati, serranda rotta, camere invase di zanzare, colazione scarsa e kit bagno inesistente (dispencer del sapone con poco sapone e diluito con acqua).

Confortable, propre, sympathique et pratique

Bed & breakfast près de la gare, mais très calme. Situé au 5è étage belle vue du balcon, sur lequel on peut prendre le petit déjeuner. Très propre et fidèle à la photo grand angle. Très bon accueil. L'immeuble est bleu et se repère bien lors de l'arrivée sauf s'il fait nuit. L'ascenseur est impeccable. Pour un parking fermé et en sous sol, aller au Garage Magione (via G. Filangeri). A 100m il y a la piazza Sant Euno où se trouve plusieurs bons restaurants dans une ambiance aérée. L'homme qui vous accueille parle français et est très sympathique.

Convenient area.

The B7B was hard to find, in ht dark. We called and the guy was not was helpful as he could have been. Breakfast was very basic, in our room. Crossants, boxed juice, coffee we made ourselves. There was cereal in a common area. No fruit, no yogurt. The area was very convenient to the train station and safe.

So so.

The person welcoming us was very kind. On the other hand the property was not corresponding with the one in the pictures. Instead of a beautiful view as for the pictures, we were moved to another location (the other one wa full apparently, but we were given a bigger room, they said). The street we were was not as nice. Also in an area of Palermo very dirty. The sheets did not look clean, toilet paper was already used and the shower mattress is always the same, not washed and not changed. Internet didn’t work (we stayed there 3 nights and we would not connect)

Convenient, except for the stairs!

It’s fine for what it is, a central position in a big, dirty, rather poor city. Very close to railway and bus station. The 60+ steps up to the apartment are not really what you want at the end of a day’s sightseeing, but that’s the only real disadvantage.

Convenient location, good for one night only

There are actually four properties, so I guess the accuracy of the pictures depends on which one you get to stay in. The location is good (right by train station and convenient for the airport bus, plus not far from the city centre) and they've got a good setup to help early travellers with breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom smelt like damp and a blocked drain, which makes sense since the shower was blocked. It was fine for one night but wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

Nice people . Clean room. Excellent Low cost accommodation. Close to transport.. I stayed 5 nights. At first the area seemed a little rough but by the 3rd day I understood it was not as bad as it seemed.

Involuntary change

We started our Italy trip in Palermo and got an unpleasant surprise upon an attempt to check in at 'Bed and Breakfast Palermo Centro' which we had booked through Hotels.com. Just when we arrived there, a staff told us that 'Bed and Breakfast Palermo Centro' was under construction and she led us to an unmarked place about 400 m. away. We had no choice but had to accept to stay at such place. Fortunately, the place is okay but it would have been better if we were advised beforehand that the place we originally booked would not be available.

Great location by the train

This is a strange set up in a business building, but i was not uncomfortable, and it was very convenient. It was just fine in the end.

Experiencia satisfactoria

En general bueno. Algún detalle /faltaban jabones( podrían haberlo mejorado). la entrada a la ducha, sumamente pequeña. Si bien puede que tenga algunos kilos de mas, pero un "gordito" no entra.

Great location and reasonable price

The location right next to Central Station was perfect for us because we arrived at the Palermo Airport, took a bus to Central Station, and only had to walk across the street. There is a cafe right next door and down the side street is Enzo's restaurant with very good food. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The entrance to the shower was a bit narrow for my traveling companion. The Hop on Hop Off bus comes by the front of the station. We were taking an Interbus to Siracusa the next day, which is why we were interested in the location. I would definitely recommend it.

Das Hotel befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Geschäftsausen im historischen Zentrum Palermo. Netter Empfang und Frühstück mit frischen Croissants. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage 2 Häuser weiter für 15,-- Euro.

駅近、広めの部屋、近郊へ行く人に

2日間宿泊しました。駅から出て左のほうに直ぐにあり、空港リムジンバスやTrapaniなどの近郊バスにも近く移動する人には便利な場所です。市場からすぐですがホテル周辺には地元の料理が食べれるようなレストランはありません。スナックバーやカフェなどはあります。お土産やさんなどお店はなく閑散としてます。チェックインの到着が夜の11時過ぎだったので 15€請求されました。エレベーターあります。表門、家、部屋と鍵を３つ渡されます。フロントもなく自由に出入りできますが荷物があると面倒くさかったです。朝食はあらかじめ部屋に用意されていて、袋に入ったクロワッサン1個、ビスケット1個、洋梨のジュース1個用意されてました。共用場所にはコーヒーや紅茶、リンゴなど24時間飲めます。残念なことにエスプレッソマシンが壊れていました。部屋は広く大きなスーツケースも余裕で置けます。可愛いデザインで清潔感はあります。冷蔵庫はありません。シティービューですが駅の前なので大したことないです。アメニティはボディジェルしかなく、ドライヤーは備え付けではなく市販の小さめのドライヤーで普通に良かったです。タオルの交換はありませんでした。バスタブはありません。トイレの紙は流せないので使用済みの紙はゴミ箱に捨てなければなりません。ウォシュレットはありません。寝るだけで電車や近郊へのバスの移動する方には良いと思いますが、パレルモ観光でしたら中心地をお勧めします。
