Oh my gosh! We absolutely love Ellora Villas! Our second time here! Tucked away in our own private sanctuary we felt truly spoiled! The staff goes above and beyond to make everything perfect! Tika and Yuli are so awesome and helpful….with more patience than we can comprehend! We had trouble with Credit Card issues and Tika was so accommodating with helping us make phone calls. We will absolutely be going back to this wonderful “ treasure”! Thank-you Ellora Villas❤️🏝🌈🌟

Beautiful villa, need improvement on cleanliness

We checked in late at night, found the floor are dusty and dirty. There were no slippers provided, we walked around the room bare feet on the dusty floor. It seemed that there were only 1 person on duty that night, he offered to mop the floor. The whole room was dirty and dusty, we were sneezing a lot. At the end of our stay, the water in the shower came out black and sandy. Ellora need to improve their service and cleanliness

A fairly good stay

Nice enough room. Very spacious with good air con. Toilet space was big. The swimming pool didn’t tend to get any sunlight due to the angle and the built up area. It was the only location we visited in Bali where we didn’t use the pool. The staff were friendly on arrival and we got a free drink, which was a nice touch. Other than that, they kept themselves in their office. I’m sure they would have been helpful had we asked, but it was noticeable the difference in their proactiveness to be helpful compared to other places in Bali (who would add you to a WhatsApp group, provide you local recommendations, etc). They provided drinking water, but at room temperature. Not ideal in the climate. A water dispenser would be preferable.

This property is great for nature lovers. The kitchen is outside, there is plenty of greenery and wildlife. There is room service and lots of places to purchase food within walking distance. There are bicycles for rent on property and usage of a 24 hour gym within a 5 minutes walk away from this villa. Also, adventure seekers would love this area as I observed alot of visitors riding bicycles in the traffic as the side walks are very narrow. The bedrooms are detached with separate keys, so two couples could actually split the cost of this villa easily. Breakfast is cooked for you in your kitchen daily. Also, there is daily housekeeping. I didn't go to the beach, but I was told there was one nearby.

Die Villa mit eigenem Pool ist sehr ruhig und der richtige Platz zum Ausspannen. Frühstück wird von sehr freundlichem Personal geliefert. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Leider wird beim Roomservice nicht vermerkt, dass die Preise ohne VAT und Servicecharge sind. Das ist sehr missverständlich.

Hidden away down a small lane, this wonderful place is far from the noise of the traffic and within easy walking distance of the beach and a number of good restaurants. The room was great - more classic than ultra-modern - and the staff could not have been more helpful. Having our own private pool was a definite plus. Highly recommended

A wonderful hideaway

A wonderful place. We had a completely private, one-bedroom villa with its own pool; you could step from the king bed to a pair of sliding glass doors, open them, and step down into the pool and swim to the other end, where there was a pair of lounge chairs under a shade. Like a dream. A covered kitchen, dining and living area was alongside the pool, and a cook came to make our breakfast each morning. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Sanur beach was just two blocks away, but we mostly loved staying around our villa. Quiet, private, luxe - what’s not to love?
