It was our 1st visit to this part of NZ. We were very pleasantly surprised how nice Whitianga was. The longer we stayed, we were wishing we could stay longer. Our host and accommodation were excellent.

An absolute oasis, I only wish that I could have stayed longer! Clean, peaceful, a great location, and so many thoughtful details, eg a foot bath outside each unit to clean sand off feet, paper towels in the kitchen (I am always needing these!), and a veritable library of books in one of the cupboards in my unit. Not just a random book that the previous guest had left behind, but several books covering multiple interests and genres ~ I could have happily stayed here for a month! I will definitely be back.

Lovely spot on the outskirts of town. Fully stocked with all sorts of beach gear, life vests, a trampoline, and a jacuzzi. The room was lovely, overlooking the adjacent beach. At night, it was very quiet. Rita and Bob run the operation very nicely, explained all the features and gave great advice.

The property is complete value for money. These are 6 appartments all with one queen and 2 single beds. Perfect for small families. Its right at the beach and the backyard is very well maintained with a trampoline and a spa tub & a barbecue area. We stayed 2 nights and have no complaints at all. The morning views were priceless.
