This is a basic hotel with a killer view and access to all that Seaside has to offer. The staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate my birthday there. It's clean, affordable and safe. There were several families staying there. There isn't a pool or free breakfast but I would go back again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was comfortable and everything we needed was provided in the room. When checking in, the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was just a shame that Seaside was fogged in during our whole stay as we had booked a seafront facing room and never got see the ocean.

The location was exactly on the promenade, perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing. However a bit noisy with people walking by. No air conditioning makes it warm in the summer. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the upgrade—it made our experience even more special! We absolutely loved the beautiful view from our room and couldn’t have asked for a better location. A Gem 💎. Sand Volleyball and swing sets on the beach right in front of you. Easy walk to an awesome arcade/dining/gelato. Finish the night with a bonfire on the beach. Fall asleep hearing the ocean. Fantastic Experience.
