Our experience was great! The property was clean, service was amazing and a lot of things close by! The only thing I was disappointed in was the beach was a walk and the pool was not that appealing.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Epsilon Hotel, le personnel était professionnel et souriants, l’hôtel est très bien situé (plage à 1 minute à pied, activité aquatique à 5 minutes à pied parc aquatique et centre ville de Faliraki à moins de 10 minutes en voiture), la chambre était propre avec très jolie vue sur la mer. Je vous recommande vivement cette hôtel.

Rent flot stort værelse med separat bruser og toilet. Dejlig stor altan med flot udsigt. Personalet var meget smilende og hjælpsomme. Dog er der MEGET lydt. Man hører alt hvad der foregår uden for. Sødt lille shoppingcenter lige ved siden af.

Front desk super professional, friendly, helpful. Pool area with plenty of chairs and floating Beach is a few steps away, gorgeous with chair and umbrella rentals at very affordable price.

Patrons be AWARE…. Pictures posted on this hotels website and other sites are NOT accurate. This is NOT a beach front hotel. The daybeds and umbrellas do NOT belong to this hotel. You need to walk there and pay if you want any of those spots. I specifically booked this hotel because of the TWO pictures posted online showing the daybeds. To my surprise when I pulled up to the hotel was that it’s not near the water. I feel deceived based on the advertising. Front desk was very friendly. View from the hotel balcony is great but after all expected when your on the upper floors facing the ocean. Two pictures I posted are from the site. Actuall picture I posted was from my room balcony To hotel management…. Please don’t reply with your apologies. Remove those deceptive pictures to make it right for future guests

Very simple apartment accommodation in a fantastic location and with a very friendly and thoughtful staff. This is primarily for families looking to travel in Rhodes, with easy beach access in Faliraki and a short distance away from many great things to do and see.

Great hotel in a lovely location right near the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all you need. There are shops nearby and the bus to Rhodes/Lindos is across the road. Hotel staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Margarette and Antonia especially. Views are amazing. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The staff were amazing, very considerate and helpful. Our flight was delayed and they still accomodated us. My only suggestion would be to offer guests breakfast or even a tea/coffee station as most of the restaurants near by open at 9:30am

Vi bodde på Epsilon i fyra nätter och hade en fantastisk vistelse. Antonia i receptionen fick oss att känna oss väldigt välkomna och informerade om såväl hotellet som bra restauranger och utflyktsmål. Vilken stjärna! Även hennes kollegor var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi fick ett rum på sjunde våningen med utsikt över stranden/havet. På rummet väntade en välkomstgåva och en grattishälsning då vi firade bröllopsdag. En stor och ljus lägenhet med bra madrasser, även i bäddsofforna. Vi fick nya pool/strandhanddukar varje dag och solstolar på stranden kostade 20 euro för två solsängar, en solstol och ett parasoll hos systerhotellet Ammades beachbar och restaurang. Sköna madrasser på solstolarna. När man ville beställa något var det bara till att trycka på ringklockan så kom personalen och tog upp beställning. Maten och drinkarna var väldigt goda och prisvärda. Servicen var på topp och vi vill ge en extra stjärna till Manolis (tror jag han heter) som gav extra bra service. Restaurangen stänger kl 18, så för middag behöver man ta sig till Faliraki eller varför inte till Rhodos stad? Hotellets pool var toppen och det var sol där fram till ca kl 16.00 (augusti) Det finns en supermarket på hotellet men även ett ”shoppingcenter” med flera olika butiker precis intill hotellet. Det tog ca 25 min att promenera in till Faliraki, vill man hellre ta bussen kostar det 2,5 euro per person. Det är även smidigt att ta bussen in till Rhodos stad, vilket tog ca 20 min. Toppenhotell!

Our forth visit to Epsilon Hotel Apartments. The staff is fantastic and that Antonia in the reception is a Scandinavian speaker is priceless! We got a warm welcome when arriving late at night and all our questions and requests were taken with genuine interest. The cleaning ladies also really did their job well and were always very friendly. The rooms with a sea view is a treat and the sea is just a short walk away.

Horrible staff, and so many hidden charges

You need to pay for pool towels, room safe etc etc you don't get shampoo, told to use the hand soap!! I travel a bit but this was as bad as it gets for 4 star. Not sure how it gets such good ratings. If you still go ahead and book ???? Ask for a view because the photos are probably from a few rooms

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneet isot ja siistit. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Suihkun paine hieman huono. Huone siivottiin päivittäin ja tuotiin uudet pyyhkeet. Uima-allas oli melko pieni, mutta ajoi asiansa. Allas-alue oli siisti ja löytyi myös kuntosali, pingispöytä jne. Sijainti kuitenkin ihan rannan tuntumassa. Lyhyt ja helppo kulku myös vesipuistoon ja Kalithea Springsiin. Hotellin yhteydessä pieni ruokakauppa, ravintola, autovuokraus ja Falirakin ostoskeskus. Hyvä pysäköintialue ja taksit hotellin edessä. Hotellin edestä meni myös suoraan bussit esim Rhodos ja Lindokseen. Menisin uudelleen koska vain.

This was our second stay at Epsilon Apartments, within a few years apart. The big change is what appears to be the separation from Ammadus, which is now a new hotel down the road. The impact - pool is far smaller and not as good as it was, no direct access to hotel bar/restaurant (you can visit the beach bar as a guest), and no breakfast on site (actually served at Esperides Hotel down the road). All of these changes are a bit downgrade from our past experience. With that said, there are still many pros - staff is super friendly, apartments are spacious and very pleasant, location is great. Recommended for families that are ok with finding their own breakfast spot outside (plenty of options), ok with beach or traveling (vs pool). As we are both of the forementioned, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
