The room was great and the view from the balcony was amazing from higher up! We saw reviews that there are a lot of stairs to get there but we are medium-fitness level and it was no issue for us. We liked that it wasn’t right next to the main strip because it wasn’t as loud at night. Would recommend!

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at! The most stunning views from my balcony over Phi Phi / set up on the mountainside on the way up towards the viewpoint. Be warned there are no cars or taxis on phi phi and it’s quite a walk up from the port up a steep hill with steps at the end the resort is built into storeys on the mountainside - wouldn’t recommend it or Phi Phi at all of you had walking difficulties however great communication before my arrival - staff met me from the ferry and carried all my luggage from the port to check in at reception and then to my room - incredible. Also my ferry to Ao Nang being the last departure of the day 1700 I was expecting to have to carry my luggage to the port myself - as they have a timetable of luggage runs to the port the last being 2 or 3pm which was way too early for me having a lot of luggage and fully prepared to take this myself. However the lovely staff helped me down the steep steps regardless which was a massive help - staff were wonderful, place was wonderful - rooms were spacious and really comfy bed and huge bathroom - Was truly like waking up in paradise just wish I could have stayed longer! Would love to come back!

The design, cleanliness and atmosphere of the room and property are not as advertised. Stained and dirty sheets, wifi inoperable, several people who showed up couldn’t believe the hike you had to take to even get to the property. FYI, it’s exhausting. 180 stair steps are a hassle, pathetic shower

This hotel was disappointing. I was hoping for a luxury hotel with a breathtaking view. We stayed in the D400 group of rooms, very high up. The view was not very interesting, but it did mean we had to climb the 110 steps up from town to the hotel, and then another 70 to our room, every time we wanted to go to our room. The climb was bearable, at least when we weren't carrying the suitcase. But I'd have to say the worst part of our experience was the shower. It producted barely enough water to wash off soap. Overall, it was not worth the money. I also stayed at Phi Phi The Beach Resort, which was much nicer and offered us rides up to our view room, any time we wanted.

This place is UNDER RATED! We had probably one of the best views on the island, our hotel was at the top and it was stunning. Our room was really spacious with a huge bed and balcony, nice large bathroom and super clean. The only reason this place isnt getting better reviews is because of the hike up the hill. However the hotel will carry your luggage up and down for you, just be prepared if you stay to do a lot of stair climbing, it was fine for us because we left for the day and only came back to go to bed so only had to deal with the stair climb up once a day.

Magnifique vue panoramique sur l’île. Hôtel vieillissant mais chambre propre cependant. Je pourrais y retourner, mais je ne le ferai pas car les bars de la plage a proximité poussent la sono à fond et le havre de paix qu’est cet établissement durant la journée est totalement perturbé jusqu’au bout de la nuit, s’endormir n’est plus un moment agréable… quel dommage!
