Easy location for access off 101, nice hotel, but terrible neighborhood. If I were driving north or south and needed to stay somewhere, I would find a different town to stay in. If staying in Salinas, this hotel is probalby the one to stay at.

The pool and pool area the only part of the hotel that was a bit dirty and the jets were broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this will probably be our choice hotel in the area when we visit.
