6/10 Good

Arrived at 2pm hoping to check in early after a long drive from Socal. Was told they were sold out the night before and had no rooms ready. Asked if advisable to wait and was told just come back after 4pm. Ran into a few other hiccups but staff were unengaged and disconnected. Breakfast was good. Parking great! But not the best location. Safer to stay in Boronda area, better area and accessible to more dining and shopping options.

I liked everything, but I was especially satisfied with the breakfast. It was so good that I talked about fresh fruits, pancakes, coffee, and so on even after the trip.

8/10 Very good

Easy location for access off 101, nice hotel, but terrible neighborhood. If I were driving north or south and needed to stay somewhere, I would find a different town to stay in. If staying in Salinas, this hotel is probalby the one to stay at.

The room was clean and spacious, food was good, pool and spa were amazing! Front desk people were very nice. The nicest thing is they have a secured garage below the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel!

10/10 Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was good and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The only con was that we could hear the footsteps of the people staying in the room above us. Other than that, it was a great experience and we would recommend it.
