Well kept establishment in a commercial area, curiously very quiet despite many guests. Satisfactory price quality relation

Very pleasant friendly helpful staff, one problem is that the sat nav co ordinates listed for hotel are incorrect. We ended up 40km away from hotel.

The lady at reception was fantastic and the room was clean but the heating had stopped working so it was freezing cold. By the time I realised the heating wasn’t working the reception had closed. If the heating had been working it would have been 5 star for a stopover on a long journey with my dog.
