Checking in is an incredibly complicated process, requiring being at a building several blocks away, different than the one you are booked in. The 36c heat outside didn't help having to move things from one place to the other. Found the apartment clean and tidy, except that there was remaining garbage in the bathroom trash can left from a previous tenant without being cleaned, as well as empty box with no amenity kit inside. Shower curtain doesn't reach the floor, it is roughly 2 feet too short and is useless. Toilet flusher is broken and toilet doesn't flush smoothly nor properly. The shower light (without which it is rather dark in the shower stall) was not properly functioning requiring a new bulb. No closet or dresser or anywhere to hang or put clothing in the hotel room at all (different than the room images provided), which is bizarre given the good size of the room and the space to easily have one present. Staff helpful, breakfast buffet is excellent, appreciated being comped this for the issues raised with the room as described above. Great location, but needs some touch ups as described, to be a hotel considered anything beyond average.

The check-in process for this hotel is a bit of a mess. You need to check-in at the other nearby Colors Urban hotel, which isn't overly clear in the confirmation email provided by Expedia, so this needs improving. However, the room itself was nice, clean and tidy and everything a couple would need for exploring Thessaloniki.

The hotel is good, the surroundings are great, just noisy. If you plan to go out in Ladadika, this is a great spot to stay. If you prefer a calmer environment, it's better to select another place. The walls are quite thin so we could hear our neighbors well. But I guess that's often the case. The room was clean and we had what we needed. There is no reception so it's a bit difficult if you need anything or just prefer to interact with a human. We could leave our suitcases in the other Colors nearby after checkout so we could spend some more time in the city without the luggage, which was great. Thanks for that!
