The organisation of this hotel is next level! From airport pickup to arrangement of breakfast boxes ready at 2am before going to the airport as well as the transport to the airport already waiting for us at 2am - everything was perfectly organised. Also lovely to enjoy a sauna in the spa and the superb restaurant. Fantastic food with attentive service.

Staying twice for a trip around Madagascar. Very friendly staff making a late check out possible for my evening departure, transfer to the airport provided. This is our second stay at the Relais - we stayed here in 2025 just for one night but are now staying for two so we can decompress coming from London and also enjoy the pool and restaurant. There is also great WiFi so I can complete some work. Friendly staff, lovely food especially the breakfast which has a variety of hot dishes, cold buffet, pastries and omelettes. Rooms are good and the grounds delightful - a real oasis.

We appreciated the free airport pickup. Decent size room with a comfortable bed. AC was good and strong. Breakfast buffet had plenty of items (including gluten free items) but not a lot of protein. Dinner was excellent. The hotel is situated in the middle of a busy part of town with few tourist restaurants. Seems safe to walk around but we didn’t feel comfortable eating the many street food places. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This property is a little gem inside a brick wall city. The pool was a welcome relief, the massages were enjoyable and very well priced. The morning breakfast was excellent with multiple options including gluten free choices. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly and ready to serve. The rooms were clean but not all rooms have mosquito netting around the bed.

The staff was helpful. The property does not feel like a city hotel - the gardening is very pleasant and it is quiet, except for the construction going on. I have now stayed at this hotel around five times and aside from it being a little Oasis in TANA, what I value most is the consistency of the offering and in particular, the service. You don’t get that everywhere in Madagascar but we are always comforted when we know we are coming to stay here.
