Apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the main train station and trams to old town. The apartment was smaller than expected but was very clean, spacious bathroom, kitchenette with pots, coffee, tea, salt, pepper and olive oil. Balcony was a great addition! The locker was very useful to leave our luggage before check in, although some lockers weren’t working. There’s lots of middle eastern restaurants around and coffee shops. I felt very safe in the area despite many reviews that say otherwise.

A clean compact apartment not too far from centre of munich. Not in the bedt location but felt safe enough. Apartment very secure with keycode entry to each door ftom external to courtyard to apartment door. Nice modern style. Kettle and fridge. Also a washing machine which is great for longer stays Would have liked ironing facilities in the Apartment

Our multi-day stay was completely unacceptable. Traveling with a 4-month-old baby, we were left without working AC. The hotel confirmed the issue but stated it wouldn't be fixed until Monday, forcing us to endure extreme heat all weekend. Due to a broken shower in our first room, we had to relocate. Shockingly, we were told to physically carry the heavy baby crib from the 1st to the 4th floor ourselves, along with our luggage. That evening, the hotel app failed to update our room change, locking us out and forcing me to waste time with support after an exhausting day. In the new room, the shower fixture snapped mid-use, the towel rail didn't work, and when trying to get fresh towels, there was only one single towel available in the storage for replacement. When we requested a room upgrade or a transfer to a sister hotel, staff claimed there was no availability—yet we found open rooms online for both this property and the group's other locations. Their "solution" was a basic floor fan, which felt like a joke given the high price. Even the toilet paper was budget-hostel quality. Individually, these might be minor, but together they show a property cutting corners on maintenance and guest care. While a partial refund was eventually issued, it didn't fix the ruined experience. I strongly advise future guests to read the negative reviews and think twice before booking here.

The room was very hot and the hotel has no air conditioning (customers should be informed of the lack of air conditioning). Keeping the window open is impossible as the room is on a very noisy street (the hotel offers ear plugs!). The entrance code wasn’t always working and the main entrance of the hotel was very hard to open. Overall, not a great experience.

Trevligt och centralt hotell. Gångavstånd till oktoberfest-området. Smidig in- och utcheckning online. Toppen med kylskåp, frysfack och pentry för enklare måltider. Saknade ingenting. Det enda jag har att anmärka på var att rummet fick en instängd lukt (typ fukt) när vi inte varit där på några timmar. Vi hade rum på ”innergården” med soptunnor precis utanför. Inte en så trevlig utsikt men det var väldigt tyst på dagar och nätter vilket var toppen. Kommer absolut tillbaka! Tack!
