Pros: excellent location, within a short walking distance from Seville’s’ amazing sights and attractions. Check in staff were helpful and friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before our room was ready. Lovely rooftop terrace with great views. Cons: very basic room. The mattress was quite thin and hard. Although the room was clean, plaster was peeling off the walls, not a lot of storage space for clothes and no hooks/wall pegs in the bathroom to hang towels. No air con, although the ceiling fan was useful to cool the room. Overall we had a pleasant stay here for 3 nights and were happy for the price we paid.

This place was a bit scary due to the dozens of black botflies in our bathroom. We killed about 20 of them before bedtime and the next day there were two dozen more. We would not have stayed there had it not been for the super kind and nice staff and I didn’t want to bother them ! The bed was clean and comfortable. No AC but decent ceiling fan. Shower ran well but botflies creeped me out lol.

The hotel is located conveniently to restaurants and attractions; the staff was very friendly and helpful. However I was in a ground floor room not bigger than a large closet in much need of updating. It was noisy; had very little room for my luggage; a musty odor; and no place to put toiletries in the shower. A let down especially after the wonderful room I had for the same price in Cordoba where I had just arrived from.
