Lets face it, this is a motel.. but It's clean, great location, fantastic staff, and Walkable to Schooners, Patches, shopping. And ice cream.. yum. The beach is so close and more residential therefore it's not overly crowded. We LOVE staying here! This is our 3rd or 4th stay so far! Will definitely be back!

I booked a room here but due to an emergency my sister gave birth so I tried to cancel the room. They didn't let me cancel and on the day of check in they forced me to contact expedia to resolve it

Room was a little small and lacked a closet, but room was nice and clean. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs. For the price we paid, it was a great place to stay.

Miranda was so friendly & made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean & the pool area looked great even though the weather is not for swimming yet. The beach access is just yards away for a walk on this beautiful sandy shore line. The only thing missing in our unit is a place to hang up coats. Great stop here at Aqua View!

Casual motel stay. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. No bugs. Pool nice and clean. Short, convenient walk to the #2 beach access. Ice and laundry was convenient to access. Non-busy location, very quiet. My only gripe was the AC, it was hot in the room. Overall, would return in future :)

Excellent place to stay, nothing fancy but very nice, they have done a lot of remodeling, very clean. The staff: Miranda and Nathe were incredible!!! Excellent customer service. Will recommend this place. Super close to the ocean, a few feet away.

It's less than a block to the beach and close to many businesses. Older area, but a lot less crowded. Its an an older property that's being renovated. Is a fair price for what you get.

This property was a great place to stay. It was so close to the beach, our room (1 bedroom suite with kitchenet) was spacious, AC was cold and the staff was very accommodating. They even had a nice pool for the kids. I will say that the kitchenette was big enough if you were staying a week or so but the oven in our room wasn't as clean as it could be, but the microwave and refrigerator worked excellent. The pull out couch did not accommodate my two tweens and we had to figure that out. Overall, I'd stay there again for the location.

Great Weekend

went for a weekend and everything there was clean and it looked like it had been recently remodeled,pool was clean,no bugs(we checked). 3min walk to a public beach 5 min drive for charter boats. 15 minutes any direction loaded with things to do. only downside ad it wasent that bad was parking for crew cab size vehicle spaces were a little short.

Hotel was good but the front desk girl was rude

The room was run down but there was no bugs so that’s a plus. It’s very dated and worn down. The front desk girl was rude after we rebooked so we ended up not staying again.
