Very nice hotel

Hotel was very nice. Service was excellent, friendly and with a smile. The hotel has great views across the lake. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast also very good. The hotel has a small sauna which has a shower area and great views across the lake. The hotel also has some lovely communal areas / rooms.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. I do have just two suggestions I hope can be considered: there is no air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit hot and uncomfortable at times, and there is no refrigerator, so I had to bring some of my items down to the reception.

Vi hade en mycket bra och trevlig övernattning på Hotell Bogesund. Lokalerna är mycket bra. Läget i staden är perfekt och frukosten superb! Möjligen skulle personalen balansera sin hjärtlighet något. Vi vill bli vänligt och korrekt bemötta men inte fullt så översvallande. Det känns tillgjort. Svårt att balansera men något att slipa på. Vi är också tacksamma att bilen fick stå kvar på parkeringen ett par timmar efter utcheckningen. Trevligt att kunna sitta en stund i relaxrummet på vån 4 då inte bastun är bokad.
