The hotel staff was great and very helpful but the property is dated. The room was clean, bathroom bath was in need of a renovation. The breakfast was generous and had many options.

The staff were helpful with taking care of special requests. The kitchen was well place and equiped with all basic amenities, even a dish washer. The breadast area was clean and offered a good selection though custom omlets were not offered.

Our suite was beautiful. Easy to get to and easy to navigate to the parking area. Would be nice if the hotel offered in room hot tubs for couples.

6/10 Good

The room was clean and met our needs for a weekend. The breakfast had a lot of different options for anyone’s taste. The service was terrible. We called for sheets once for the pullout couch and they said they’d send someone and 20 min later nothing. So we called again and they told us to look in the closet. It was after 11 pm and we were so tired and frustrated. Our room was missing a hairdryer so we called for it and they said they’d come immediately. Again never came and we could only get it by going to the desk.

10/10 Exceptional

The room and bath were very clean. Very nice room with home-like amenities. Had an issue with guests in room above us jumping and making a lot of loud noises. We complained and management took care of it immediately. Complementary breakfast was the usual but nicely done--something for everyone.
