The room itself is nothing luxurious, but clean, spacious and with a hot shower. The property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful landscaping. The pool is huge, clean, and glorious. The staff was welcoming and responsive. They were always smiling and friendly. The location is perfect. Steps from a grocery, the beach, and restaurants and shops. I would stay here again without hesitation!!

The only good thing about the hotel was the pool and staff. Our room was very old and run down. The AC had a smell, the shower was barely functioning, and the fridge was not even working. There was also some sort of booking issue that meant they had to move us to their sister hotel for our 2nd night. The owner however was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The area is very convenient with many restaurants close, the beach a 5 min walk away, and a few markets close by.

Poor Customer Service

We really wanted to like this hotel. The location is very good and the pool and garden area is lovely but the customer service left a lot to be desired. We were given a new room which would have been lovely if it was finished. We were told we were the first guests in the room which you could tell as the room had not had a final clean after construction and was not completely ready. The floors still had paint and glue spots, tiles in the bathroom dusty, stickers and writing still on windows, TV not connect connected to antennas and, worst of all, no blinds or curtains on the windows. When we questioned this the staff seemed to just blame everyone else without trying the fix the problems. When we insisted on at least some sort of window covering so we could sleep they tried to put on sheets on the windows which didn’t work. They then sticky-taped paper to the windows which kept falling off until I suggested using stronger tape than just sticky tape. The staff were always blaming someone else without apology or any recognition that this situation was unacceptable to a guest or offering any form of compensation (not even a free breakfast). The curtains finally arrived on our 4th and last day.

Det var ett fräscht rum, vi hade massionette med bubbelpool på övre balkongen. Bra med yta, och städningen va väldigt bra. Poolen va ren och fräsch och personalen va väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi var där med två barn. Och om vinintresserade badade i poolen så låg stranden max 200m därifrån, och går du i ca 5-10min så har du en fantastisk strand precis bredvid. Mataffärer och restauranger i väldigt nära anslutning.

Qq jours à Naxos, hôtel sympa avec belle piscine. Bien situé avec plage de agia anna, plaka … à proximité 5 a 15 min à pied. Possibilité d’excursion île de kofounissi au départ de agia anna. Pour rejoindre hôtel du port , il y a le bus avec un arrêt juste devant l’hôtel Supérette aussi juste à côté de l’hôtel.

Appartement au dessus du bar , de l’endroit du petit déjeuner , de leur laverie , de leur espace de vie , donc c’est un peu bruyant , mais la climatisation couvrait assez bien les bruits ! Sinon l’appart est vieillot dans le mobilier , avec des tuyaux qui sortent du sol un peu de partout , où ils ont mis des bouteilles pour protéger , des câbles au mur d’une salle de bains , sont visibles aussi , mais bon on y était bien qd même , c’est spacieux , 3 chambres , 2 salles de bains , des balcons , avec jolie vue depuis les chambres sur la piscine . Et super bien placé , à quelques pas de la mer , des restaurants etc . Non on y était très bien et le personnel est adorable , on s’est régalés tt de même . Ap les autres ont l’air mieux , beaucoup plus calmes et le best c’est ceux de luxe , tt neufs et face à la piscine … avec jacuzzi sur toit , eux doivent être très bien

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine journée, personne à l’accueil, nous avons dû appeler et enfin une femme est venue, ne sachant pas qu’elle était notre chambre. Chambre agréable avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Salle de bain petite et douche touchant les toilettes comme souvent en Grèce. Très bon emplacement, près de la plage. L’hôtel en général est bien, mais attention à l’entretien. Quant à la communication, le strict minimum.
