Our stay in this hotel was actually super good and comfy. Staff: The staff helped with luggage from the didi and always helped when they could. They were super friendly and easy to ask for help with. Cleanliness and looks: the whole hotel gave off a comfy yet fancy and luxurious vibe, very clean and effective while cleaning the rooms. No insects or dirt could be found in our stay (as we had in other hotels). Breakfast: we had one breakfast included every day but it wasn’t super expensive for the other who had to pay. You get a whole variety of foods and drinks, even different fresh noodles! The only part that was a bit lacklustered were the desserts part but still good! Overall: the room you get is very good for the price. It is spacey and you get a good view over the city. It is somewhat close to Taikoo Li and the surrounding area is very pretty or has basically everything you need such as late-night food spots, convenience stores. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it👍

町の中心部にあるホテル。エレベーターで33Fに挙がったところにフロントがあり、そこでチェックインします。客室はそこより上。今回は39Fに泊まりました。窓からの眺望もよく夜景がきれい。部屋は清潔で快適でした。独立したバスタブが部屋の中心に近いところにあり、ちょっとびっくりしました。シャワー設備が充実していたのでそちらを使いました。フロントに英語が話せる人があまりいなかったことや、部屋のテレビがほとんど中国語のチャンネルだったことから、中国国内向けの高級ホテルの印象を持ちました。それでも1Fのコンセルジュでは英語でコミュニケーションができ、抜群の笑顔を返してくれたのが印象的でした。

全体的に良い印象だが、部屋の掃除がまだまだ行き通ってない印象でした。掃除機を入れてなかったり、ベットシーツを３日間替えてなかったり、シャワー上がり用の服が置いてなかったり、ティッシュの置き場所が良くない、コップが深すぎて使いにくいなどなどです。

３３階がロビーで、部屋はどこも高層階で見晴らしが良い。設備は女性に喜ばれるほどの清潔感。 朝食は四川の担々麺から日本の寿司にワッフルにと、美味しいブッフェです。 名の通った外資系ホテル好きでも、ここはロケーションと設備、そして価格を考えたら高評価をつけざるえないホテルだと思います。

Disadvantages: open bathroom not good for more than one person in business, there was a smoke smell in the room, but not in the hallway, around 9 PM for about an hour, dual masks for fire safety, no bible in the room & no international plug converter. Belle expérience à renouveller (hôtel & ville)

Hotel très confortable avec un beau design et bel equipment. Restauration variée et de qualité. Wifi très lent mais un technicien m'a offert une connexion wifi plus rapide. La connexion par cable est active mais non connectée à Internet. L'eau gratuite c'est 25 cl par personne dans la salle de bain et 33 cl près du lit assimilable à du gratuit mais facturée trop cher. La prochaine fois je mettrai mes lunettes pour lire l'étiquette :). Système d'assenceurs mal conçu : 1 ascenseur avec terminus le lobby et un autre ascenseur dans un autre endroit pour accéder aux chambres. Néanmoins ils sont vraiment beaux (les lavabos :)! Le maitre d'hôtel Roger au restaurant buffet du soir est à la fois accueillant et très sympathique.
