Não tenho o que reclamar quanto a educação dos funcionários, sempre disponíveis a atender no que precisar. Porém quanto a estrutura do local deixa bastante a desejar... Café da manhã fraco, hospedagem não fica perto de nenhuma praia própria a banho como diz no anúncio. Quartos com goteira. O ponto que se salva no quarto 202 onde ficamos é o frigobar e o ar condicionado. Tv pega só 1 canal, internet horrível, porém a questão da internet é um problema geral em Porto Seguro. Porto Seguro se tornou com o tempo foco do turismo porém a estrutura com o tempo vai colapsar o que é uma pena porque é um lugar muito gostoso. Referente a praia como Mucugê em Arraial, Coroa Vermelha... Dá para chegar de transporte mas não tem nenhuma praia próxima como no anúncio.

O primeiro quarto que me ofereceram estava todo mofado nas paredes, pedi outro e me deram o 403 , chuveiro não funcionava direito, tinha mofo também, menos que o anterior e o ar condicionado muito barulhento.. o café da manhã ovos mexidos com casca de ovos alguns salgados como de salsicha azedo, mostrava uma certa falta de cuidado. E para piorar me machuquei num restaurante foi terrível demais. Como estava no quarto no primeiro piso e nós fundos foi uma luta para eu chegar até o meu quarto. Nenhum momento ninguém nos ofereceu nem ajuda, nem sequer trocar para um quarto no piso inferior. Mas oum casal de hóspedes nós ajudaram. Não volto mais nesse hotel as fotos não são iguais a realidade. Foi decepcionante. Pagamos caro por um serviço péssimo.

A equipe atende bem. Achei a pousada um pouco desgastada. Algumas paredes com um pouco de mofo. Parte do piso antigo. O banheiro do meu quarto não tinha box, tinha um plástico. Acho que a pousada precisa se reformar essas coisinhas fica muito boa, porque a localização é boa. A piscina também é boa.
