Was very large. The location is great to take the train from Santa Maria Novela as it is literally a five minute walk to the station. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely helpful every time that we needed anything. Will definitely stay there again.

We only stayed for one night and needed a place close to the train station. The bus taking us to the airport stopped just down the street. The bed was very comfortable the room and bathroom were both clean nicely renovated.

The staff were very helpful both before our stay and during our stay. The property was very useful for access to the station and only a short walk to all the major attractions. The room was clean and tidy. Our gluten free needs were met at breakfast.

Great stay, great communication, and location

Wonderful stay in great part of city and Blocks from train station. Staff were very communicative before and during travel. Ease and use were incredible. Would highly reccomend this to others looking for quality accommodations and staff interactions while in Florence. Lots of food, gelato, and other shopping very close. Quite immersive and wonderful.

We planned a day trip to Firenze, was looking for somewhere to stay close to the train station and close to all the tourist areas, this place had good reviews, must say it was a nice place and the host was very friendly.

Simple place, great service!

Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Just a one night stay in Florence so not a lot to comment on. Room was large and exactly as described. Great location near the main train station. Clean but not lavish. No complaints and great price. Would stay again for sure

Nice stay

We stayed for just one night, while waiting to take the train the next day. My two children (5yo) and I came a few hours early to drop og our bags, but the room was ready, and we were met in the hallway to help with our bags. The room was nice and spacious for the three of us. The breakfast was simple, but with lots of choice.

Comfortable

Was a goof location even though the tram was right outside the window when you closed them the room was quiet. What wasn’t quite was the people in the next room who came back late. Could hear them unzipping their suit case and having a shower. But I slept well.
