This hotel was quiet to be on such a busy street. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and informative when my wife and I had questions about restaurants and locations we wanted to visit. The bathroom had hand soap readily available as well the shower had a great shower gel shampoo and conditioner. I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast so I don't have a comment on that. I would stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers

Excellent staff and facility. No hair dryer in room and the wall mounted squirt dispensers for soap and shampoo are a bit difficult for our arthritic hands. Breakfast is very good but more protein would be appreciated. I don’t understand 3 pillows instead of 4, and they were a bit flat with not much support. Still, a very nice place convenient to everything we need when visiting our grandson.

I had a pleasant stay at The Opera House Hotel. Stephanie was the main host I interacted with; she was very helpful and quick to assist with anything I needed. The entire staff was friendly and supportive. The hotel also had police officers on-site regularly, not for emergency calls, but for breaks, which helped maintain a safe environment for guests.
