The service is outstanding, the building and the rooms are very nicely designed, the pool is great, and the location is perfect (right next to La Pau Sat, a quick walk to Chinatown and the harbour area, and in the middle of downtown). Staff were very friendly and accommodating we had an early flight on our last day and breakfast was included in our reservation so they offered to have breakfast sandwiches made for us for pick up from front desk at 6 am which was super helpful !
