Room was clean, spacious & self contained. We were on the second floor & had a great corner balcony. That may pose issues for accessibility as there are no lifts but we didn’t mind the stairs. Handy to have parking included which is a must for Byron & the car park was very secure as well. Staff were friendly & gave us clean towels each day which was a nice surprise & something we didn’t expect. Location is perfect, close to town, with plenty of places to eat & shop within walking distance of the apartments.

Staff were helpful with my after hours check in. The walls were thin, so the no noise/party policy was appreciated. There was very loud construction going on next door which of course couldn’t be helped, but otherwise I had a pleasant stay. The colony of flying foxes across the street was a great surprise!
