Staff failed to clean room when I left the property at 7am and returned at 3pm. So at that point I only ask for 2 clean towels. Internet doesn’t work period and or extremely slow so I would go to the lobby for better connection. However the hotel is clean and a good value overall considering the price.

Our flight arrived at 7;00 AM , check in time was at 3:00pm. They were so kind to let us check in early. Took a nap and started our day at noon. Staff was very friendly, we had a leak in our room and they helped with what they could! We would book again. There is no AC!

We had an 18 hour stop off in Mexico City on our way home from Huatulco and wanted somewhere that wasn't too far from the airport but in a walkable area. We were happy with our choice of hotel. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a very walkable area but wasn't too noisy in the room. The shower was a good temperature and pressure. The room is basic but was all we needed. The rooftop terrace was lovely and we enjoyed sitting up there with some delicious pastries!

Excellent location, walkable area, very close to El Zócalo. It's a commercial area, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of local businesses and commercial premises. The entrance is a little hidden, it was a little hard to find at the beginning but the staff of the hotel is very friendly and we had no problem with the check in.
