My family and I stayed for 5 nights over the Easter weekend and had a fabulous time. The hotel was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Its location is great, just a few minutes' walk from a nearby beach. The facilities for kids were also fantastic, featuring a large, staffed kids' club. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment room complete with kitchen.

The balcony was great - nice to have outdoor space and a pretty view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a car service to Rio. The pool area was great. There were a number of families so you could stay at this place with or without kids. The spot for breakfast was nice. The main downtown area was a 20 minute walk away. It was nice to take the walk every day and not be staying in the middle of the action. The beach near us (5 minute walk) was busy and family friendly.

In spite of the good location, our apartment had sporadic Internet, which kept going in and out. Additionally, the first night my daughter was locked in the bathroom for about an hour as the door was broken. Ultimately, they had to break down the door. Also, one of the bathroom toilets was leaking water from the bottom, which was never fixed. There was also an ongoing. There was also an ongoing wet dog smell coming from the two air conditioners. The staff was friendly and courteous, but these issues existed throughout.

Pontos altos: recepção acolhedora, recreação para os pequenos (destaque para a Tia Cláudia, super atenciosa com as crianças), piscina aquecida, bar da piscina, copa equipada com micro-ondas e água quente, que para quem tem bebê faze toda diferença, e o café da manhã é perfeito! Além dos funcionários atenciosos. Ponto à melhorar: sinal de Wi-Fi nos quartos (a rede de telefonia ja pousada é péssima e a TV é smart.. sem Wi-Fi ficamos ilhados na acomodação)

O hotel se propõe a lhe entregar uma experiência e entrega. A equipe toda e cordial, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Isso faz toda a diferença. O café da manha é super diferenciado! O ponto que eu gostaria de deixar uma ressalva é quanto ao barulho feito pela equipe de camareiras durante a arrumação dos quartos pela manha. Alguns podem ter levantado, mas outros ainda podem estar dormindo. O silêncio nao foi o forte na minha estadia.

Tive uma ótima experiência no Hotel Experience João Fernandes. Fiquei no quarto standard, que tinha um bom tamanho, camas queen muito confortáveis e bons travesseiros. As instalações são bem cuidadas, o café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Também achei muito positivo terem adiantado nosso check-in sem custo adicional. A piscina aquecida é outro diferencial, principalmente para aproveitar depois da praia. A localização é excelente: fica a poucos metros da Praia de João Fernandes e também é possível ir caminhando até a Rua das Pedras. Há restaurantes e comércio bem próximos, o que facilita bastante. O ambiente é familiar e a equipe foi muito atenciosa. Minha única ressalva foi o banheiro: a torneira estava sem o misturador e, ao abrir, a água espirrava para todos os lados, acabando por molhar o banheiro. No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e certamente recomendo, principalmente pela localização e pelo excelente custo-benefício.
