Stayed here with my daughter for a concert at the Bridgestone stadium. The staff was friendly and gave us some great recommendations for dinner. It was an easy walk to the arena! We didn't need our car at all, the hotel has a great location. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept everything well stocked. I would definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

Room was not ready by check in time and that was true for several others as well. Need to address staffing. Front desk manager finally resolved. Had a handicap room ( as requested), and room was spacious enough. The bathroom was ok, except the water from the shower head sprayed past the shower curtain and got a large portion of the floor wet. The complimentary breakfast bar area was a plus. The hotel is in a very convenient location.
